Who We Are
Otic Group is a diversified African AI powerhouse born from the bold vision to democratize technology.
What began as a grassroots foundation teaching AI in local classrooms has now evolved into a unified group of companies driving digital transformation at scale.
We are a collective of educators, engineers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries working toward one goal: a thriving, inclusive, and competitive African AI ecosystem.

The Vision is Born
In 2021, the journey began with a bold idea: to build an inclusive AI-powered future for Africa. What started as a grassroots initiative quickly sparked momentum, rooted in a belief that no one should be left behind in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
Free AI Trainings for Students Begin
We launched our first structured AI skilling programs within universities across Uganda — offering free, hands-on training to students in emerging technologies. The movement started to grow from lecture halls into a national voice for inclusive AI education.
Expanding Reach Through Free Community Programs
With the foundation laid, we continued scaling free AI trainings in more institutions and communities. Our vision gained clarity, and our programs began reaching a wider demographic — empowering thousands with digital tools for the future of work.
Government Endorsement & Global Collaborations
In 2024, we reached a major milestone: official recognition by the Government of Uganda as an AI implementer and educator. We partnered with Data Scientists Network (DSN) for the AI in Every City initiative, and with W3Schools to offer globally recognized certifications.
We also introduced corporate trainings, and signed multiple MoUs with universities to institutionalize AI skilling.
